CRYSTAL BOWLS and the Power of Sound
Sound and music has been used to soothe, calm and comfort throughout human history.
Made from ultra high purity Australian Quartz and tuned to 432htz, (the natural frequency of the universe), these blissful healing tones resonate deep within the body.
At a PHYSIOLOGICAL level, heart rate and respiration rate slow down and come into balance as the parasympathetic nervous system is activated.
At a CELLULAR level, the resonant tones from quartz crystal singing bowls enable the crystalline structures within each cell in our our bodies to resonate at that same frequency…. re-establishing vibrational balance and energetic harmony.
But it’s on the EMOTIONAL level where I channel my knowledge of musical theory, harmony and the archetypal qualities and emotional effects of intervals and chords. (For example, a musical third soothes and relaxes, whereas a fifth energises).
Given that our systems respond differently to particular tonal combinations, I can create a UNIQUE and PERSONALISED soundscape for each clients needs.
What is Acutonics? ®
The Acutonics® Healing System is an energy-based non-invasive treatment that is a sound based form of acupuncture. Precision calibrated tuning forks are applied to specific acupuncture and acupressure points to access the body’s Meridian and Chakra energy systems.
These tuning forks represent a natural harmonic series based on the orbital properties of the Earth, Moon, Sun and planets. Their rich resonance and vibration connects with and supports the body’s natural frequencies. It brings us into alignment with the cycles of the Cosmos known since antiquity as the Music of the Spheres.
